Although, i don't think so. If you drew that, you'd have your answer for your next question already about the thin hair lines.
Anyway. there are 2 ways to do thin hair lines.
1. use a tablet and its pressure sensitive option, and practice with it until you get godlike control with it.
2. Eraser tool. Use the brush to create a line, and then use the eraser tool to erase and sharpen its edges, much like you might use a razor to sharpen a pencil.
2. is easier to learn, but overall its more time consuming and troublesome.
1. takes more time to learn, coz you need to practice alot with the tablet before you can get that effect under control.
I tend to use a mix of both.
