Pretty creative one. No other words to describe my feelings about this except: "Original".

Despite the sprite's "just-a-recolor", you made your effort in spriting and...
Your edited sprites make me laugh! Also in the D>A ones his right hand (in our view) stretches too much >.>

Your highest point... The char hasn't got flaws, incorrect centerx/y etc. And oh, I like it.
Gameplay - 7/10
I like the combo, but if the char's only got one, that's no fun.
Overall - 7/10
Nice char actually. All you need is more improvement in readme and sprites.
