Of course we all had enough time to make something for the mod before the deadline.. very well. I gave Arcane 2 weeks more because he was busy with school until so late in the year. I guess I can wait for 1 or 2 more weeks on you as well.

As for the others, who showed no progress or even replies whatsoever, I suggest removing these silent members from the team. In this case it's only JoHo15.

Next deadline: at least 10 sprites (others than the ones for the past deadline) for 15 november for spriters (I will be so busy, 10 sprites in 2 months will actually not be all that easy ). More is always good, of course. As for data, we'll have to see what can be made

I have something pretty serious to discuss. I intend to continue with the mod of course, but I will have very (and I mean VERY) little time to work on the mod until February.

- Monday - Friday I'll have internships from about 8.00 - 17.00 every day. I'll have to travel 2 hours daily also.
- Saturday/Sunday I'll either be with my (future) girlfriend, who's also living 400-500 kilometers away, or working in my father's business to get some money so I can pay the rent
- Apart from this, I train 3-5 times a week in the gym. Will probably train only 3 times a week during this period, since it's such a busy period

As with Ariel, there's no time for me to work on the mod during this period however much I want it.. So I was hoping you guys would understand if I set deadlines and you try to follow them (in other words, still lead the project), but at the same time accept it if I can't make all the deadlines. The alternative would be to pause the whole mod, but I guess you guys also want to make some progress?

Please let me know how you see this, and what would be the best way to make this mod succeed while considering the above.

Sorry for late reply, I missed this post in the feed.
Here's what I feel about projects, maybe different from anyone else's thoughts.
We make the game projects and work on it coz it's fun and we do it in our free time as a hobby. If we are having some time related issues in real life, of course nothing can be done about it and the priorities are clear.

I think we should firSt of all have the whole plan set up as to how we'll be proceeding with the progress. And then we all pick whatever part we feel is fun to do.. it may induce some motivation too.
Maybe for a change we can do exe designing now.
All I'm saying is we all get really busy time and again, maybe let's just take a part of "what's left to do" which we like and start working on it whenever we feel like.
TLDR; we need to create a whole "what's left to do" kinda thread. People can pick what they want to do and it'll be marked theirs. They may take initiative to set a deadlines themselves too. I think this way the mod will be able to progress steadily

I agree with the idea Rhino.Freak, yet in the past few months working without a deadline didn't seem to work. We could try it, yet I fear for the result. But prove me wrong ;-) I'll let you do what you guys think is right. As I won't have time to do much at all, I don't feel in the position to judge your methods even though I'm officially the project leader.

I actually started with my internship today instead of the 31st, which means I already don't have time for anything. Do you mind writing such as a list Rhino.Freak? I think you could get information from some of the sticky topics already

What has to be done right now (most urgent):
#1 new characters:
1) Nino (almost finished, Arcane)
2) Wizard (progressed paused due to Mono leaving the team, who will pick this project up?)
3) General
4) Main villain

Sprites should ideally be made in that order ^

Equally important: new attacks for original characters

#2 New characters (unimportant for now): werewolf guy, werewolf and any other character we might decide on in #2
#3 New skin for original characters (very unimportant for now, we might do this in a few years after a first release or so)

Also, if you want to make a topic on a new character, please mention it in the conversation room before starting it. This is to prevent (future) team members from deviating from the plan.
