First of all did you tried Apocalips way, with half pixel.
Also can you try make it with sleeves but really short ones okay.

I took ur advise but it didn't turn out right, as i hoped it would have (i think i stretched the pixels too much)

Yeah, the legs move too much. It should be a more subtle movement.

I think to bend it will be better and try to make the lower cloths move more with the legs so it will look more realistic and can you make the head move a little bit just like a pixel.
All the rest is perfect and a suggestion Kay that you might start making breathing frames for a sprite to get better at that because you need some practice on breathing.
