Ok , I really tried to bring out the female touch in face .

Just did this to draw female face. The Hair is a crap anyways :P And the ear too..

-The chin is probably a bit too awkwardly shaded.
-Hair. Above the forehead. It just makes the illusion that the head is longer. Try to reduce it ;)
-Try not to make big lips
+The ears look perfectly fine to me!
+Eyes are very realistic (at least, to me).

her eye is way to much to the left (our left) need to go more towards the nose. meaning towards right side.

@ freeza : Yeah... I just did it in haste... Everything was done in haste. Thanks, i will keep that in mind in the next drawing. Not in this post :P .

Nose is a big problem and the eyes are a bit far from nose. I will correct it in next drawing.

• Perspective is okay, I guess
  
• At the centre of the background, shouldn't the ice-column-thingies keep going instead of stopping? 0_o
  
• The ice-column-thingies all look identical, except they're resized of course. Try to vary the colouring, shape or something
  
• Green doesn't seem to fit the overall theme colour; how about sticking to blue instead?

Did in : RGB , first added shadows using gray and colored in a layer with multiply.
Scanned Image Did by Me .
Tools used : Smudge tool , brush and scanned art work.

Edit : My friend said, the BG isnt nice. So , i added white BG and the effect..
