No, you sprite good dud, just try to do your own work, instead of C&P head and legs.

The second is already better just by knowing you made it by yourself.
The red outline of the coat isn't good, you could put instead of red, a dark gray.

On topic: I suggest doing some bluring. It looks to me that you are using MS Paint and I right? Try downloading PhotoFiltre (the program I use) and blur the line into his clothes so you still have an outline, but not so....bold. Other than that, that Woody sprite (the coat one) is good. Although I so suggest at least changing the hair.

Even those sprites were copyed they still suck you know, all you did was put on woody's head in their clothes...
I even admit I suck, & copy things but u do 0% all copy & stuff...
