You shouldn't only darken the back parts but also other stuff. Look at Davis's pants, for example, they're not only shaded at the back but also at the front (well, kinda).

more shading means more shade colours (as far as i know) if u need help i can shurely help ya man!!
good luck finishing it if its going to be a real char.

Yes, normally the hair SHOULD be more spiky, but

1. I tried spiky hair but it was really crappy... will try it again, though...

Besides someone has a "Spikey-hair-maker" this char will stay on this hairs, i guess XD

If you wanna leave it in your own style, you can stick to that one. Otherwise, I recommend that you remove the outlines to give it a less cartoonish feeling

Nah, i will keep the outlines, i guess...
On the one side, i'm habitted to that, on the other one, it's easier to draw with that... (in my oppinion).

I don't have a need to design a new perfect LF-styled char (we have enough from that kind XD), i only want a char to include new moves to try new DC-methods ^^

well
you could try to shade it more (i really mean it)
and add highlights too cause it makes it better, and
i you're able to blur it with photofiltre for example it'd be better
and btw the hair color is bad, change it to something less "old man" - looking

just my opinion...
