No.. You can just dl the exe in this link: http://www.mediafire.com/?nonzhmmjlui

You have to set up the dll framework yourself only when you are going to customise the exe, but I have did it so you only have to dl the exe.

effect: 6035?
yea.. effect: 6065, just add 6000 to the frame no.
