So basically LeParkour is for spider-man-wannabe?

Just joking.

I tried it once and ended up in a hospital. The doctor said it's a miracle I'm still alive. But on the bright site, I got some bugs for winning the bet.

Poor my little brother. He cried for 2 days because I haven't death yet.

This sport is awesome, but I can't practice flips or anything like that in my area because no sand or a good place to make flips.
At Kay house, there is a swimming pool near him with twelve feet deep so I can practise at his but I come only once or twice a weak.
I will say the best place to practise is on some flat buildings, but that's impossible for me exempt if I move which might never happen.
@Angel_Adam: You don't need muscle mostly leg muscle to do it because flips and everything like that needs good leg support.
I am back, not really.

Dude, the swimming pool is easy...
This is an extreme sport...
In swimming you just go for it, if u fail at landing then thats ok @ swimming pool... not on the ground
I can only do flips on mulch (so thats means playgrounds)
flips on diving boards are a Sinche!
Some of the stunts on that video, were outrageously Outstanding...
I can't even do...
Lolz i don't have the courage to go right off a building, thats a no no for me :)

The swimming pool thing is easy.
Its different from the ground;
In water u wont brake something and theres not much gravity to pull u down.
On ground boy! Ull brake, twist and itch, and the gravity is strong.
And the flips r mostly to jump an obstacle, to do a flip u need to jump up first and then flip, with ur legs bended and arms too.
For the back flip swing ur arms up and down until u got comfortable and jump off with a swing back with arms, while fliping when u see the half way between the sky and grond 45' degree land with ur legs. The backflip is more dangerous than front !

Strong arms are important to get somewhere up or for some vaults. Just with legs you will not reach much. And those flips are more for fun than serious moving.

Well ignore my last post okay.
That's awesome Adam, I can't do anything but I would like to run on top of buildings and jump out of them but I'm a real chicken.
Also I wish I had this type of buildings like in the video around me to do it but even if I had them I can't do it because school starts for me tomorrow and I must do it by my self.
I am back, not really.

Dont think what will happen,
Make a pure thinkin, mental alertness is important.
