Uiii... Black is a difficult color to use, since you cant use 0/0/0-black (would be transparent in-game). So always remember to use a pseudo-black (like 1/1/1) which seems to be black but isn't it actually...

Look nice. You just need to add some more details to the scarf or w/e gray thing that cover his mouth and try reducing the amount of blurry.

hm... quite good. He could become a cool character. Just one thing you really have to work on is the hair. There is almost no or no shading. Look at Davis' hair to see the difference.
And something with the coat is bugging me. Maybe its the border between light and dark colour or it is still too much blur. I can't quite tell. But still nice work.

you are right Reaper. the thing thats wrong is that its been blurred quite a lot, so that you cant see where his coat ends and his pants start.

just to fix up some of the things people mentioned:

-hair shaded
-coat now has faint outlines
-scarf doesnt look as flat

Just to comment on the design.... now it looks a bit like byakuya from bleach. Just a bit.
