Yeah, basic work is okay, cept in the facepic you're missing the cape that hangs around his neck amongst other things.
Also, in troy_0, the cape looks too solid, like a metal sheet. Try to make it bend more.

Let Me Tell You What's Dragon Type.
I thought why not make a character with a difference?
So I thought that we can give the character various moves like dragon roar, dragon breath, different dragons summoning power.
And Many Moves Like This.
And I have Edited your name to electric shock in the post.

Doesn't look as fantastic as some full-sprited chars, but the basic C&P work is solid ^^ Just ensure to remove dirty pixels and stuff (for example in the facepic).
If you give this char a handful of neat moves, it could surely become a good character, keep it up

Judging from your other sprites i don't think the cape is that tall, there should be some of his shirt visible
Also that red background is horrible, please don't use that it burns my eyes, not to be harsh, but it's an easy fix anyway

Have you played LF2 turbo 4?
There is a character called "Tiger",he has the exactly thing that you want (he has not a dragon but a tiger).Maybe you can find "Tiger" in LFE fileplanet or somewhere else.

Copy that move,replace tiger with a dragon and don't forget to give credits.
