[Char] Gotenks WIP

I am sorry but that gotenks is really aweful and also lazy work, I don't know how many times I have seen that gotenks sprites.
go on and do a gotenks sprites that you did that look LF2 and don't be lazy.
(Plus no I did not read the whole thread)

why you are against ripped sprite?
we have dozens of one piece ripped sprite mods, have naruto ripped sprite mods, but why against these?
maybe this guy want to make this start. first try char with ripped sprites and later his own

Which dust sprites? Some of the effects sprites I used aren't even mine. I got permission from users, check credits of chars.
