Lol, we are getting near to 6.666 views :D( edit: got more)
Anyway, I posted this in forum mod section also, but I guess here I can get a bit more feedback.
First one is a remake of an older sprite of mine, called it "Devlon" back then. But the more important one is the second. I'm currently thinking about turning him into a character, also because the forum mod needs a nasty endboss.( We have Steve, but he isn't that devilish.)
I don't know if it will become good enough for being that boss, but anyway I would like to turn it into a char, so some feedback would be nice. Hands and eyes are a bit weird I guess, and maybe wings are too small, but there are surely more things to add on the list. I can't get enough criticism :D
Edit: A new post would be posthunting, so:

Anatomy(Proportions and Joint Angles), Perspective, Anatomy, Form, and Anatomy. You need to study those much more. Props to you for attempting to sprite without a base though.

Your demon's chest is facing straight at us.
Your demon's legs is facing left.
Your demon's face is facing slightly right.
Contradiction much?

Your demon's wings look like flat cardboard wings taped to his back(try to give it more curvature with a sense of z-depth(background and foreground)
"I may devour the five continents, and swallow the three seas, but a body with neither wings, nor hands, nor feet, is powerless against the sky."

Very nice one zanshin, though I think the wings are a bit unrealistic.
Lol, I haven't posted anything for ages.

First one is( or should be), as some of you probably already have thought, Nero from Devil May Cry in about LF2-style. I never played the game so I'm not sure whether he is supposed to look like that, but its anyway just a single sprite. Nevertheless the fighting system of DMV is kinda interesting and could easily be used in LF2, only combos with arrowkeys wouldn't be possible. But otherwise... Well, someone else shall do a whole DMV character :D
Btw: He is a demon. At least halfway.
Second one is one of my first tries on GIMP. I will try to make a standing-animation of that demon, but well... We will see.

i see you used davis as a base but you can barley see the shading
maybe shade like this and fix the sword.
(hope you dont mind.)

Guys Nero shouldn't even be here... O.o
I think some of u are forgetting what this thread is supposed to be about :)
If it's to clarify that he is a demon-at heart, i'll accept it...
sigh* also not bad but the skull arm is horrible...
ur tempting me to make one of him... in fact i'll do one...
but not here, cause it doesn't belong here...
bye
This thread sais it all :)
