Also, a suggestion for the hair, use the eraser to make the hair slightly more spikey at the ends,.
And, use a dark colour for the hair, with a light shade of the same colour for the shading.
(if you want, you can totally disregard this advice if you want to :P )

For the hair, I'd suggest to use a highlight (lighter shade) on the spike's edges, and a darker shade (since I can hardly see the shading)
Also his eyes look a bit weird.. o.o try to fix that

quite tidy actually. Folds are a bit regular to look natural enough, but the area for folds is so small it's hard to make it look irregular anyway

I always like to compare people how they did some time ago and how they do now. Go to the first page and compare the last sprite you posted with your first attempts.

You'll notice the leap I am referring to. The only thing that is bothering me is the contrast in the face. You can hardly find any facial features as the values are so close to each other. That's something you might want to practice on in-depth.
