Third one is the best one.. but if you are able fix his left arm, his shading makes him too fat or its too fat already in base, i dont know ?
maybe, draw it extended/longer ?

Will fix that sprite tomorrow. Now i made a new sprite:

Put a lot more effort in this sprite. Used a new base, had lots of references, used three colour shading on some places and spent more time on it. Hope you like.

well done! The most highlighting feature in your last sprite is the color scheme you used. Hats off for that! Moreover the expression and the shading style is also superb. I would go for a bit ( tiny bit)more of contrast in shading with skin. Next time how about making a base from scratch ?

Thanks everyone! An interesting thing: Even if i did have a reference for that sprite i made a little better colours and contrast to look better also i made a few different things from the reference.

Next time how about making a base from scratch ?

Made a new sprite. A thing about me tho. After i make a sprite decent to show it's followed by some sprite that is bad. So here's the new one:

I practised hair a bit. Also i started liking the 3 colour shading.

You pretty much nailed the points I find bothering. Apart from that, try to go over the hair with a 1px-brush. The spikes look very round at the end, so that could help getting that extra-notch of details in there

Also, on a second look, the thighs look fairly long compared to the lower legs
