Well, the neck still seems too long to me. Look at your ava, then you see what it's supposed to be like.
Other than that the sprite is very good now. I don't really like the highlights on the shirt, I guess they are done with the dodge/burn tool? Like Apoc, I always feel like it's a shiny surface then. But well, as long as the rest looks good - and it does - I don't really care.
