1.I think troy should have fire from mouth.
2.A punching move which hit so many times the opponent.
3.A big wind.
4.Balls with whatever color you want.

Troy on dragon:
1.A speed fly and fire around.
2.Two air blasts form dragon wings.
3.Punch by dragon's tail.

Anyways Im fed up of making such overpowered moves (my blaze's final explosion is my final one). Hey Sonic, Post the whole list of the moves. So that I can start DCing, otherwise, I will start laziness and your char will be uncomplete.

About ideas:
I said my ideas,but I thought a new one:
Stay on a big rock and then he make a super punch (I am not talking about super_punch frames)

How about move called ,,dragon rush attack".
Char punching enemy very fast atleast 20 hits (more or less,it's up to you) and at the end,he strike with his powerful fist.When char hits enemy with last punch,enemy fly away.
Just my opinion.
