Here is a new sprite.Didn't go as i expected. So here it is:

The sprite just seems a little too rushed upon.The hair need a better shape with better shading,right now I am only seeing one colour on the hair,the skin colour needs to be changed,you could use an lf2 character for the skin colour.Mouth needs to be more defined,check for lf2 characters for reference,the hands look tiny and the legs look jointed,try to separate them from each other.The shoes are okay.
Sorry for the harsh criticism,but this is for constructing you as a good spriter.

I've made a new sprite. I made a mouth (i hope you can see it), i separatet the legs and i tried to make another type of hair but almost no shading. SO here it is:
