No, of course not!
If you're refering to the face pic and the sprites, that isn't hard to draw. You just need pratice, like me.
Making a couples of sprites each day ISN'T using computer all day, some here can make at least 5 awesome sprites in less than half an hour.

why not work with layers and just cycle them through?

In first attacking frame i can see on his right leg darker part, in later frames they became lighter.

i... dint actually tough of it.. propably of lazyness XP cause i keep all collors on difrent layers what helpos me to keep prites to upcoming edit and makes removing mistakes easier.. but if i save it as jp and paste efeyframe above another it would work actually... also thanks for animating YinYin
