You could use a move where you grab the enemy & drain his hp with bites +evil laughter at start or the end of the move itself.

The skull has a evil theme so its might fit right into your character.

You could also use my powerup to enable another move after you grabbed the enemy as drain powerup.

Skull could also inject sth poisonous into the grabbed enemy and after some time, the poison would react and the enemy would fall/go into dance of pain/whatever.
But I don't have a good idea how to DC this
