I must admit her jaw looks a little odd, until I googled "woman looking up" and found this image. Then I understood the shape.

Jan's jaw shouldnt look like that from that angle. it should be more flat if you compare it with image stm1993 posted. also higher i guess.

Jan's ears should be lower, they're on the same "height" as the eyes now, this only happens if the face is looking straight towards the camera. Somewhere around mouth-level I guess. And the eyes should be closer to the nose.
It's like half the face is front perspective and the other half is from this tilted perspective.
Also the left tit looks like it's growing out not only from the front chest (?), but also kind of from under the arm.

Shading and colors on the DBZ'ish character is pretty nice, you seem to have a good grip on poppy saturated colors. But in a positive way.

Man, Jan is about same height as a basketball player and also her wide shoulders make her look like a crossdresser or in the worst case... transvestite.

I am confused with ribs line. At first, I didn't even realized that they are ribs.
Maybe if you do them clearer in the middle.
And if you do skinny guy, you should express collarbone on shoulders.

white walkers have almost no skin and neither nipples

for the shoulder-
i haven't touched the body yet, only did over painting on the face.
the body is still a sketch with general shading, so that would be clearer later.
