Still the contrast. In legs it's perfect, you can clearly see the light and dark parts. But why in the shirt you can see hardly any difference?
The headband is nice idea, but since his hair is already red, red headband maybe isn't the best idea :/

So i fixed shading (in shirt), arms (made them have ''hands''), headband (changed color), hair (little new shaping), face (made it thinner) and ear (smaller) . But guess what? I didn't have to change anything at legs, that's progress

Also little protip:
I can't say that the muscularlike sprites are good for beginners since they need much more skill :/ try first making regular builded sprites, after having more skill you can try making muscular ones again.
