Design is good overall! But you should really add more shading layers! :D
The hair for example is only using one colour. The skin shading is barely visible. The clothes have only 2 layers of shading. You should have at least 3 layers of shading for all the parts. :)

Lol, he is in the sky so the light is so shining and stuff ...

That really depends on the light source... The sun might be rising or setting up. So it is totally possible that the light hits him from that angle. Still I admit just using flat colours doesn't look too good. Thinking

Edit: Now that I look at the shading in the clouds, the sun seems to come from the right. So the shading in the character doesn't comply with the shading in the clouds.

If sun would be rising, sky would be different.

All your characters have nice face in general. The only problem comes with joints and muscles and proportions. Practice on those areas, you'll develop rapidly :)

Just use the shading here as reference.

The lighting is from right hand side. This should give you some ideas.

Great shading mate! I really like what you did with the shading there. The face is badass. This is really nice stuff. Keep doing drawings like this. But keep in mind few points

These are the areas you can probably work upon.
Yellow- Proportion. Aprroximately your character (Bardock? or goku alike) is 7.5 heads tall. I'm not sure though.
Green- Shapes could be worked on esp. the hips. The arms are like that for the DBZ chars so you can leave it as it is.

Keep up the good work :)

Oh, interesting. How many heads do a human adult usually measure?

I liked the drawing personally. Hips could be buffed up a bit as noted by MeNMine.
