Maybe not as much as I did, because you're right - my edit looked very skinny, I see what you mean now.

By the way, the legs are unevenly thick, hahaa.

Note: when I say "her left", it means on the right of the picture.

This is what I see:

I think the body proportions for the upper body are actually alright. The biggest problem is actually her right ribcage - her body pose would suggest that the bottom of her right ribcage be lower than her left ribcage like what I've marked out above, yet the shadow that borders the bottom of her right ribcage is slightly higher than her left ribcage. Because of that, it makes everything in the upper body look wrong.

I also think her left ribcage juts out a bit too much (specifically the area between where the green line and red line intersect and her left breast), at least relative to her left breast.

Last but not least is her legs. Her right thigh (including the hip/butt area) is clearly too large & thick even if you considered perspective. Her right leg should appear larger and thicker than her left leg yes, but currently it is a bit overdone. It also looks as though her legs originate in the middle of the crotch instead of slightly to the side of it.
