You should know that in the most VS tournaments the Flute is limited bec if you would be allowed to use it as often as you want, Henry would be the strongest 1v1, just running away and waiting for mana to play a flute. There is not much your enemies can do about it. Other limited things i saw were Dragon Punch, John Disc, Rudolf Clones, invisible and transforming. I even saw once limitation to whirlwind and explo, but that's not the topic here.

as death said if u think using henry flutes can beat stages then why dont u try and beat the LAME record urself..
and then again every player has advantages and disadvantages..henry's flute is his advantage and there are some disadvantages also...if u think playing henry was lame then break the previous record to prove ur point..just like noir did when he beat my record with freeze.
then ur words will have a greater weightge...
and yes i chose woody coz i like playing with him as well i wanted to beat the record..xD
i never gave a thought to henry coz i dint knew that he maybe so powerful with just his flute..oOwill try with henry for sure

Well there are many guys who just don't want to play like this, cause the one thing is like the feeling if you enter herofighter.com press f9 until you are in the Stage you wanted and say:I reached this Stage and beated new record.(Of course the herofighter cheat is not allowed because this is rly no skill.). The other thing is that many players also always want to have fun if the play Little Fighter 2 and there are some guys who don't have fun at all using too much flute,ice sword fire run etc. so they also don't want to play like this even if it would be a record then. It wouldn't be worth the feeling and the no fun. Everyone has to decide that for himself, that sentence you may try it too is right but not everybody wants to try it like this as i explained before.
So just make henry Record with as many Flutes you wish, i won't

If Henry is that powerful in survival,then beat stages with him...If you can easily attack with deep in short distance,then kill others with this...
Every player has his features and Henry has the feature to beat Survial.I dont see any big problem in this.

Did you even read what I wrote or did you just cross read it? Because if you did, I would have to make suggestions about if you understood what I wrote... So please read again what I wrote and then you will know why I wont play lame to break a record, which I do not consider to be a record.

Oh man to say this is just so lame... Of course everyone has advantages and disadvantages, but did you even give the following one damn thought?
A character can have advantages which cover all the disadvantages, because the advantage is huge.

So? Tell me about his disadvantages. He cannot punch? Oh I just run away and shoot everyone with damn fire arrows, because I am abusing the fact that the opponents are not that clever!

From my point of view yours and Noirs record are really good records and I do not want to compare his breaking of your previous (!) record to the 'breaking' (I don't consider it to be broken...) of the 2 Player CRAZY record of Dragon and me, because doing that would not do justice to the 1 Player difficult records.

I do not complain about your character choice, although I think there are worse characters for Stage Mode than Woody. But this is not the point of this discussion.

Please don't play that lame with Henry. Please go on playing skilled and don't lose the way.

So by saying that every fighter has his/her features, and saying that Henry's feature is to beat Survival Stage, you basically say that he is better for Survival Stage than others right?
In this case it should not be considered a world record if you beat a record with Henry, which was set with characters like Deep and Dennis.
Do you see the problem now? Don't know how I can make it any more clear...

I hope before the next one who is fan of lame gaming posts, this one at least tries to understand the posts already posted in this topic, because there are few things more annoying than people who do not read what one wrote and then start bragging about the post they did not read...

Even if someone beat stage 50 with a lame Henry, I will choose to watch your Freeze's record instead, you know. I used to learn a lot from Noir's replay of Davis reaching stage 45. What could I learn from ramond & thelostmod's replay? xD

And yes, Henry doesn't have any weakness. Long range fight: he's ultimately best - super arrow, palm, arrows. Short range fight: he's ultimately best - flute.
Running away: he's not ultimately best, but he's great - dash attack while shooting arrow backwards, very long rowing, crowd controlling (area damage) dash attack.

As zelphir said, don't play lame. I have some respect to your gaming skills, but if you play lame, maybe I will forget about that.


@empireFantasy: Well, maybe you haven't played well enough? Any advanced player will recognize Henry's overpowered moves. Well, sorry if it sounds a bit offensive, but I assure you, Henry with his flute is far more powerful than other characters.

Lame is lame - can't say cheat. But indeed it's lame...

Because that would be boringly too easy and time wasting. I would prefer to play to produce some cool vids now btw xD . but since dr death has verified that records beaten by lame records will not be removed, I'm interested again in breaking world records.

I still want to remind you once again that this thread serves solely the purpose for records and proof of them, not cool fights or runs, we have an extra thread for that (why else bother about a thread which doesn't contain records?). Trying to beat (world) records in gaming is purely for the player's own enjoyment, and if he doesn't feel like breaking a "lame" record, nobody forces him to. And as I already stated, it's far more satisfying to beat your own records.

Dr.Death provided a good solution, so as far as I'm concerned this discussion is closed. Any more posts regarding this matter in this thread will be disposal'd without warning. Thank you for your time. (Of course, you may start your own debate thread about this, but no more in this topic.)

Hm don't think that this should be a special record, because 4 Jans is not that more difficult then 4 Marks or a mixture. A Special record in easy would be like 4 bandits easy Stage 40/50 or so. But 4 jans is not that real kind of record which is special enough to beat.
4 Bandits ok, 4 Julians Stage 90 or above ok but this not really.
