Wow, with that kind of quality you would have wooped our arses
and get 2nd or 3rd place! This is very gooood - I like the pose btw and how you designed the wings fantastic!
the only thing that bothers me right now are those demonic-looking eyes and the shoulder
i can't point anything out on the eyes though, but the shoulder looks as though it's being dug right into the skin by the white bra
leave a white wpixel between that

I suggest you better post as another thread.
Well, when i am using third color.
Darker(3rd color)- to shade places where is darkest, like feet, coat, arm pinch(between arm and upper body.
Lighter(3rd color)-for light parts, like some pattern have those lights, vegeta outfit, armor, hair.
Light source reflected places.

I would say, objects has colors blue,red,green,light blue, etc.
Parts behind the light needs to be dark, because there is not light on it.
Parts directly in front of the light are very lighter because there is a lot of light in it and light is white.
Use logic, don't learn mechanic. also look in tut forum, there are a lot tutorials about shading and way to do it.
