[Divisor]

Name: Unknown, nicknamed "Divisor" ("Div" in short).
Allignment: Underground.
Appearance: Wears an Anonymous suit (clicky) (if it's cold, a black coat over it), has short light brown hair.
Personality: Clever, coldblooded and usually calm, talks and jokes a lot, even with his enemies. Gets very irritated when his subordinates screw things up.
Physically not very strong, but pretty fast and agile.
Excellent in making spontaneous decisions and handling spontaneous situations. Also good in mixing with the society and covering up his true allignment. Does not believe in good or evil, his motives for joining the underground are mostly money and dislike of the "hypocritical world", as he calls it. Idealistic/silent/unfunny guys piss him off, and when he is angry, he is vulnerable.
Description: Met the protagonist some years ago while spying on the police force. The protagonist doesn't know he works for his father.
Special parts: Middleman, one of the executives.

Name: Siris aka "Rhaz"
Allignment: Neutral
Appearance: Man in a black suit, wears Guy Fawkes mask all the time, short black hair.

Personality: Usually calm, irritating, cynical, gets everywhere with his stupid comments. Also, idealistic guy.
Description: No one know where, when and how he appeared. He just arrived one day to annoy everybody in his sight.
Special parts: None

[Reaper]

Name: He is referred to as Reaper for he is a contract killer.
Allignment: Underground, obviously.
Appearance: Actually he mostly wears normal clothing and has medium-long light brown hair. You couldn't tell he's a contract killer if you don't know it. He finds wearing dark sunglasses and black clothing just for the sake of looking like a contract killer pathetic. People only call him Reaper because he kills without a trace and efficiently.
Personality: Rather calm. Similar to Divisor, he joined the underground for his very own goals. However, he wants to replace the protagonist's father in order to get more might. He doesn't have any illusions about achieving something with legal measures. Though he isn't completely heartless, he has no problems with killing someone if he finds it to be necessary.
Btw: Feel free to decide whether he wants to use the might only for himself or not.
Describtion: He knows that the underground boss has a son and wants to find him (only if that fact isn't well-known ofc. If it is, leave that part out). If possible, he takes the jobs where he has to take out rival underground (sub-)bosses. He is extremely ambitious and see's every job as a challenge.
Special parts: Contract killer. He is more or less well known, but not of any high rank nor one of the "great" assassins yet. However, he tries to climb up the carreer ladder as fast as possible.

Personality: An orphan... Silent...Don't talk to much... Assasian working for anyone with lots of money... Moves in shadow... kills all the witnesses...

Describtion: Works for underground bosses, but has no obligations to enyone. Once was almost cought by police, but killed them all and left only the young rookie alive...

Special parts: Assasian, works for anyone and everyone...

Appearance: Got gun in his pocket behind and sword on his back.
Personality: Mysterious killer. He feel the great pain and lost everything in his life. His mind is filled with hate and misery. He's fighting for his own revenge and for his own purpose.
Describtion: His wife was killed along with his son. The killer was never found. That's his story...
Special parts: He only wants to kill one single person. That's his purpose for living

My first post in the forum and the first thing I feel like posting into.

Alignment: Positive. I like Heroes.
Appearance: I couldn't think of anything yet. The appearance that I thought in the beginning doesn't mix with the story. Sorry for that!
Personality: A character who loves to kill by making criminals laugh with jokes.:o
Description: Formerly a joker but now assisting the Heroes.
Special Parts: Lover of Justice. Hates Evil. All that sort of a good guy.:o

I meight be wrong, but I don't think a superhero would fit into the setting of Phil's story. It's more like real life, you know, without people with superpowers and related.
