That's a really nice design. simple yet elegant. The beard looks quite weird though, probably coz the face looks very young. You might want to redraw the whole face to look better with a beard, rather than have it look like davis is wearing a fake beard. lol.

The beard looks great. Tone the chest and pelvis muscles. Make the pants all yellow. Add a the cowboy hat. Chuck Norris in the flesh.

fix these areas of shading and ur good
if you don't get the knee, it just looks a doesn't look like it's bent maybe shrink the knee size and imply 2 bumps (i'd say very lightly)
