Allison really looks nice. I dig the shading. The ghost looks crazy. Good job. ( The gost having Boobies? Lol ) Totally yucky (not in the sense of spriting But at the sick feeling it creates. )

Your girl with sword looks awesome and Allison looks great,but your ghost is strange,ghost looks like some kind fusion of male and female.

thought it would look kewl but it messes up the orientation and flow of a ghost...
edit: if u wanted to know on his right side was supposed to be large arm with tons of spikes and a huge arm...but didn't add yet
on the left side was supposed to be rest of his arm, kinda bare but those two have been faded into the bg so it can look kinda ghostly
but as i said i guess i should remove that when i get the change...

Looks good. I actually like the original colours better... It looks a little more interesting.

By the way, with this recent style of yours, are you spriting at a larger resolution before reducing it to the actual size? or do you work directly on the actual size? Coz some of those details are freaking crazy. I don't ever see myself doing that kind of details. Takes too much time and effort to be practical.

Yea...280x280 then i reduce the size to ~29.6% usually
it's usually pretty crappy so the hard part is polishing it up in a 79x79

(usually polishing for me is just getting rid of messy pixels, fixing proportions and simplifying the face so it doesn't appear blurry in anyway...)

No, really, when you resize it to such a weird percentage, you'll always have lots of work touching that stuff up. That's why you should go for values such as 50%, 25, 12.5, 6.25, etc, as they will merge pixels much more natural. You also see that when you view a picture in photoshop at 33.3%; everything looks edgy etc. tl;dr: get a better reduce-factor xD

Anyways, it's quite funny to see the difference in details between pants and shirt. One is ridiculously detailed while the other remains LF-ish. I'd really like you to create a "large" sprite with tons of detail. Should turn out fun :P
