Sry i tried resizing it, but it still looks bad. His clothes are way too big size and his proportions are wrong D:

Like Whaat said.. You're characters are so huge and so fat..
Maybe you should use LF2 charcters as bases and draw on top of them.
Like for Vegeta I'm currently using Deep and just colouring on top of him in Paint.
You do have the shading down though now.

yeah I will fix those in the next sprite.
Is my shading better than earlier? [I couldn't understand what you just have said.]

Shading is better, but the bases look really bad. You should use Good templates. Read my base-making tutorial if you got any problems.

Well, the proportions are now little better (cuz you used Woody as base), but the hair is just recolored woody's hair and there's atleast no change at the legs. Also the colors are... horrible. Sorry i had to say that D: almost neon green + light blue + grey, what's the theme? Try to stick with two colors, as example Davis: blue and grey (+brown hair but it's still dark brown so it goes to grey theme).
E. Pardon about the hair D: nice job making it by yourself.

The hair are not recolored at all!
Plz zoom them and then compare them and you will see that they are made again by seeing another sprites hair.
And the leg part also was done again and not C&P.
And yeah that theme was looking horrible to me too.
But, yeah I will change the colors soon.

Try remaking your own sprites, that will help progressing when you fix your old mistakes.
