My mod is on lf2 2.0a version.
it runs extremely slow with every computer.I have to close every thing (MSN,Yahoo, webpages). for it to run normal.
so my question is:
what are the factors that makes the game run slow?
Thanks .

it has 9 chars, 1 stage, a weapon and 21 ball.
that's all.
So I don't think that is the problem.

What about your Hard drive. Is it full?(Or almost full?)

Unlike the old childish of me myself, I've learned a lot and gotten some experiences. For me, it's not just a fan forum, it's a helpful community. From a noob to someone who would think before he speaks, looking back at my old post made me laugh hard, I'm grateful of the differences between these 2 years.

I remember having had spontaneous lags on my computer as well. Often times, it was down to ~10 fps. I never really could get around what exactly has been causing this, but this problem disappeared as quick as it came.
The most common source of lags (when no other applications are running, especially no virus-scanners as those are CPU-hogs) is having very large sprites (about screen-filling-size) being displayed. Is this something that could be applied to your case? Also, what is your operating system?

that's very sensible, my sprites are 1590*4800.
But R U sure I don't really want to mess up with my sprites when it is not the problem.
Please reply.
