custom template tournament revive

i may start it again.
but this time, with an anti-failure insurance. (hopefully)
if you arent familiar with the ctt, read this thread.
the changes:
-everyone fights against everyone every round.
-after each round, depending on how many times you won, you can customize your template
-after each round, the user(s) with the least wins get kicked out.
-all sprite and dc work has to be done by the participants, im responsible for putting the chars together in an exe and upping it. also for organiszing the tournament ofc :P
-before the first round, every participant can customize his/her template once.
-basic tournament rules apply, i require knowledge of these and common sense from the participants (so please no stupid posts)

for now, ill just start a poll. if enough people vote to revive the tournament, ill start a new thread (and this one can either be merged into one post or closed/disposal'd).

there really is not much need of any, since you just have to copy the move data to template, change the sprite numbers and put an input in standing, walking etc.

and didnt even do that once xD do i have to change frame numbers? ah nvm i look at the mainsite

E: solved~ another question poped up which i didnt quiet understood xD:

when's deadline?

you just need to change any data frame? such as running/ jumping frame? i will sprite some good moves... and to color my template
