how transformation work
#1
Hey, guys. Can anyone tell me how transformation works?
I have other questions.
I think I forgot. Which part that will make you jump high? Is it dvx?
This place motivates me to become an artist, this place motivates me to learn coding, this place made me grow up, showed me the ways to interact with people. Unlike the old childish of me myself, I've learned a lot and gotten some experiences. For me, it's not just a fan forum, it's a helpful community. From a noob to someone who would think before he speaks, looking back at my old post made me laugh hard, I'm grateful of the differences between these 2 years.

dvy controls the movement of the y-axis (up-down). A higher negative dvy will launch the char higher.
But if you want to change the jumping height of a character, you need to check the beginning of his .dat file, there's a line called jump_height. And you increase that value for higher jumping.

For transformation, please check the mainsite. (State 8000, check this out http://www.lf-empire.de/en/lf2-empire/da...s?start=26 )

Thanks.
I forgot another question. I think this has something to do with hex, but I'm not sure.
Can I control the mind of someone?

Sure not,becuase characters don't have brain/mind.
But you can control their moves.The char which will be controled,should have some ik8 in all a lot his frames.One of ik8 will send him in running,the second one in walking,the third one in jumping etc (by dvx:).And all of these ik8 must have different y values and large areas which would be able to interact with special bdy of character that can control others.Also char which control,must have the corresponding special bdy in each of his controling moves.(Be sure that areas are able to interact in large bgs,or if zou wish,they can interact only in short distances).

Which means special moves like D^A is available too, right?
If yes,
one example, if I control someone to fire a ball directly to someone in my team, will they get hurt?

lol, there are tons of factors which will make such a method fail...

Sure.Also you can control the controlled char from all teams in the field.

@NAVE
Sending the other char to do a move is not possible?! Examples,of these tons,please.I didn't said that this can work with a lot of moves but,just with a few of them.
@HD
change the tille to something like "how transformation work/contol possible?"

ever thought that the character with the ik8 will teleport to the object which has the special bdy? also, you can only put up to 6 ik8's in a frame, that means, standing, walking, running, defending, jumping, attacking... no special moves... though even that wouldn't work because f.e. walking and running states will mess around with your frame numbers anyways... and on top of that, how can you decide Which enemy to controll? if there are 5 bandits on the screen, you'd controll all of them...
there way to much things which'll make the mindcontroll almost impossible
