What I always thought is that the bouncing basically is a bdy in the lying frames and a corresponding itr. Soo... do you use some other technique?
Is there a chance you will post an additional gif of the updated bouncing?

Bah... is that really the optimal way of doing things? I tend to figure it'd be messier with that.
I had a hunch that's what you used... like you said the missing hit lag and hit effect are the dead giveaways... but then again.. I might still be dead wrong right now. :P

At least most of the GIFs look smooth enough. will have to wait and see how well it plays in-game.

And.. blaze kick. I've seen low mp run attack before. (unless you've changed it up abit... but blaze attack still sounds potentially more interesting.)

sorry guys but first decision counts - this is not a voting after all
so this is a feature i have introduced before
and i will spare you the dashing version as it is the same feature (except there i needed to create some new sprites - on this one they already all existed, even if not in use)
so these get executed when you don't have enough mp to perform the thunder punch, and of course they don't use any mp
