the hair is nice but maybe use a bit more contrast.

I think you need to use higher contrast, and your shading seems to be emphasizing the outlines instead of the dark areas. (edit: At least on the shirt, the pants look fine )

Impressive, you've definitely improved a lot and I would call this your best sprite . Armour looks great.
I'll tell you what I tell littlebob all the time.. LONGER LEGS! (But I guess you couldn't do that cause the armour would be hard).
I think the face is too big and what I tell all other Vegeta spriters. You should probably compress the features on his face like his eyes and nose and mouth should be close together.

thanks a lot honestly. I'll see what i can do. I am actually pleased with the outcome. I might tweak it a little and see if it looks better (with longer legs, face etc) face definitely looks better though. I'll change that.

this vegeta sprite is on such a higher lvl then ur previous creations
you improved so much!

+the amount of detail in this sprite is very high
+shading is set right

the only thing which could be improved is the hair shading, the difference could be a bit higher.
