How lf2 char projects should be:
1. First design "Hey, look at my new char"
2. Critics "It's ok but you should change this and that"
3. Improving "How's this now?" -> 4. Comments "Very good, keep doing it like that"
Repeat 2-4 until the char is finished (ie same steps for standing, walking, running, attacks and everything else)
5. Release "It's done! Finally!
6. Additional comments/critics "Nice char, but I don't like this one thing..."
7.Bug fix/improving "Okay, v2 done!
8. Final comments "Awesome, I love this char"
=Good char

How Monolith does this stuff
1. First design "Hey look at my new char"
2. Critics "It's okay but you should change this and that"
3. Hateful comment back "If you don't like it you don't have to download it! I make it how I want!"
2-3 are repeated until the char is done
4. Release "Hey it's done! Please download!!!"
Back to 2 and 3...

This might not be 100% true but it's my view of how it has been...
