Mind the delay, I suspect EF. Looking back, he's been always mysteriously going to the mafia members only when the mafiosos were already doomed. I doubt also alec's guilty, because
-he was main bandwagonist of sonic boom's death
-Bamboori liked to suspect him (though, who knows, it might have been fake, but bamboori wasn't the best godfather ever. yep, he got me that way to accuse marshall instead, by just seeming unexperienced)
Yet, EF voted for him.
Sorry for not writing a longer essay, but i really don't feel like it. Magna has also no defense, but still.

Yep, you got the first blood on bamboori. however, that happened after Bamboori started being a more obvious target:
