Damn ur Link is just epic, dynamic and shading is pretty good
Facial expression is nicely brought out...good job on tht too

However, the Earth Sprite doesn't look as powerful since you said it's lvl 100
i'd usually think it's more than 3x the size, or looking buff and vicious, not to say tht he isn't buff (read last sentence)
shading on rocks are pretty solid and straightforward i like whut u did with his clothing...how it ripples away
He would look complete if his face had a even more vicious look with some strong highlights and noticeable contrast (light possibly coming out?) Also his lower portion doesn't have a strong foundation for him to stand on, looks like he could be slightly floating with tht design
