Oh, nothing is more refreshing than getting back from vacations and drinking a good cup of rage. Or, cutting the sarcasm, it's pissing me off.

There is this super-ancient quote that Az still has in his sig:

Being totally objective on this one, not euphemizing anything, I must say the following: there are a lot of people around here that haven't reached a level of maturity required to flawlessly participate in a discussion. Actually, over 99% will not be able to do this before their 20th birthday. Maturity grows with time, means that you can't expect everyone to behave completely adequate to the respective situation.

In short:
@people that give crits:

1. State what bothers you
   
2. Give reasons (many fail at this one already)
   
3. Tell it in a non-offensive manner (which, in my opinion, separates the kids that bluntly spit out everything that is on their mind from the adults)

@people that receive crits

1. Think if the critique is justified, not just blatant name-calling but filled with value (if yes: see (2), if no, see (3))
   
2. Try to get those improvement-suggestions worked out. It might be hard but that pushes you to become better. If you don't like the suggestions, state why and don't just go on a rant-spree.
   
3. Don't (that means DO NOT!!!!!!!!!) go berserk back at the critiquing guy. This is no sandbox where, when a kid throws sand at you, you throw twice the load back at him. Even though it might not be fully diplomatically written, think if there is something that can still be considered, nevertheless.

I am afraid that I have been saying this at least 79 times already....

Whoa whoa, really nice, BUT.
Again the color combinations, it seems like it's not your best part xp I would make him like black and red colored (+hair that could be smthing ''normal'' like brown or blond).
Or well, another color combination fix could be:
Change pants (green) to black and hair (blue) to red/blond.

regarding the bits in red:
Even though you said "no offense"
stuff like "Who are you, some stylist?" sounds very sacarstic, and contradicts your "no offense."
Although the "no offense" worked okay for the "sometimes you sound a bit girly" part, because that doesn't sound so sacarstic, as its in a simple statement of fact form, and not a rhetorical question form like the other one.
Btw, I'm just using those words so you can search them on google if you're interested in checking out the difference, if I've not explained it well enough.

That's probably why people still think you're bashing critiques.. even though as you say you did explain why you don't agree with the opinion even while accepting it.

which shading looks better at all aspects
v1 or v2 also i have made v2 when sun behind Wache ,but just say v1 or v2
and what i have to improve in my v2,ok

Oh sh!t its Black Star! Thats my guy right there. He punches anyone in the face. Even girls.

With that rant aside, I'm happy to know someone did Black Star...if I didnt get to him eventually. Actually I might just sprite him anyway just to see how he'd turn out.
He could use a bit of work. Black star is very lean and your version makes him look plain, stiff, and a bit nerdy. (his pants weren't hiked up that high O_o) I love the shoes and his hair is almost perfect. Nice job nonetheless.
