Liquid in LF2!
#1
->
I want you to write your opinions about how to create liquid on LF2.
I have some ideas in my mind but i will post them after having some progress.

Here are liquid ideas already made i know:
- Oil in ntsd 2
- Just spriting a big t3 water or creating water balls like firzen's cannon and giving itrs ( i dont want this).

As you can see, the liquid profile i consider must be created from many pieces and better to make it a weapon type object...

Good luck everybody!

For example lava...

It should flow, the level of liquid should can be raised by adding more of it etc etc.

And of course a limit should be added to the sides of screen. For now it can be done with itr-k14.

how about setting a whole area under water?

a ratio attack creating an object for every character (for opponents and team)
each object follows/stays on one character with an itr kind 15 to keep them 'afloat' - the objects can be forced to move a little to the right/left/top/bottom of each character so they will be swept into one direction (water flow)
(these objects could be animated so the characters look like they are swimming/half under water)

and of course several rather big objects - perhaps with state 9997 - to visually animate the water level everywhere

edit: also laulis headless character had some nice fluid attack

lots of pieces ain't good for the lf2 engine unless you just want to have a few puddles here and there

Yea there gonna be puddles...
I'm not gonna cover all ground with water.

And here is what i think about it:
- The water is gonna be blobby.
- I think of little blue circles as weapons.
- They all have itrk14 and flute itr:p
- They will push rise each other.

It's not tested for now but i can only imagine how crazy it could be:D...
