putting # is almost same thing with deleting that line and preventing that line to load.
This proplem generally encounters on slow-weak pc's like bp said.
And i bet your computer can't run W-LF2 AL too...
It is about many bmp's loading to game or many bmp load on per data file. For example if there are 9 different bmp's on one dat file its hard; 4 on one, 5 on one is easier to load.
So if this problem is encountering on a ball file; divide it by dcing. But if problem is on a char data file; i have no solution for that
also if these all not work; try sacrificing some unnecessary datas from data.txt. For example delete the template, some unnecessary bg files etc...
