Learn to crop out all the white space.

also walking looks terrible and the running looks more like walking.
Use LF2 chars as a base.

He look like he standing only on the one leg.Legs dont moving engouh in walking.
For running he look like he runing on the one place.Lol Runing looks good! :P
fix some things and keep it.(try to do better project then Rock Lee).

Not that bad, as it's your first char it is obvious that you'll face some difficulties. I recommend you to use lf2 chars as bases it'll eventually help you to make better walking and running sprites.
