I obviously see some copied parts or ideas, but that's not so bad. As mono said, he's still a newbie.
The only bad thing is that he said:

me i looked at the same picture tried to copy(sprite the same) cant you see that it took me hours

despite the fists i really like the second one...especially the pose is very nice

I like the first one, it's muscular, nice sword, well shaded, kinda looks good to me!!
