Might I ask a question—are you intending to study realism? You'll notice that most of the artists who post Sketchbooks are studying from life, and from anatomy books. That way they improve the quickest, and then can go on to draw whatever they like, in whatever style they like (anime, cartoon, or realistic).
You're 14 and that's definitely a perfect age to start studying that too. You can't get much better advice and guidance for that from those on ConceptArt!
What I'd recommend for you is to download the drawing books by Andrew Loomis. He's an old time favorite of many artists here, and it's not difficult to find PDFs of his books, in particular "Figure Drawing for All It's Worth." If you were to start studying and doing sketches from his book, I can see that you'd improve and do amazing things in no time!
