not my best, but I didn't want to keep gad waiting.
Also I AM NOT STICKING to normal poses again, I just have to get used to spriting in general (and my mouse and my stupid hand which hurts like hell) so I am not experimenting to much with poses, instead i am going for unusual characters themselves :P

i have always been thinking about how the lf2-fighters could improve their power. For Firen, an fire element type, it is very easy. Who could have more fire power than the god of hell himself, namely the devil?
here is firen, devil mode, it is far from perfect, but i thought i might share.

i think am gonna like your shading as it goes on in the future, very nice. only thing i see you messing up is some shapes like hair spikes or eyes but that totally fine, glad to see you getting better at this

I don't like the value of shading, phil. I'm sticking with original lf2 shading.

hm, I gotta overwork that firen once again I think.
@Ossie: yeah, I always thought that bat is a true vampire, so those wings fit him perfectly.

The contrast. Highlights got quite bright. In my opinion, they could've been a tad darker. Anyways, interesting idea, I'd like to see you doing more of these

ah i see, thank you very much for clearing that up, I will take care of that in the future.
You might have to wait for that stuff a little (even more than you already have lol)
I will update this post in 2-3 hours or so again, so I just wanted to point out that I have read your critics and have taken them in account.
