The filename tells me he's supposed to be a "Fire Ghost". However, he looks quite solid. My suggestion would be to add some streaks of yellow over the red to make him appear a bit more "ghostly" (

). Don't be afraid of picking bright colors for fire; study the fire-sprites of other characters, check the richfulness of different shades, everything is there from dark red to white. Try something like this as well

Doesn't quite look like like standing, rather like squatting. And that's good, don't stick with creating standing-poses over an over again. Different outfits, different poses. The more, variation, the better.
Also, the placing of highlights & shadows seems to be a bit random. The face indicates a lightsource from the top right, whilst the shins are lit from the bottom (both from the outside, btw. That's not really working as well).

Yeh, perspective of the wings is a tad off. Also, the typical issue with features added: dark character-outlines are still visible, on top of the wings. Shouldn't be.
Shading isn't quite visible, too.
