Cool idea but, uh, in case you hadn't noticed, Quill already does that. That's kind of the entire point of the character. :P

nearly a year of silence later.

EDIT April 14 2012:The character seemed underpowered, so I increased the hitboxes a bit, and changed the teleport move to make it less likely to result in Quill being punched in the face.
Oh, and I made him a cat.
