I believe most mods do that by using a HEX edited executable.

That said there are versions that work with the original one:

Unfortunately; there is just 2 ways to Charge..
1) HEX it: If you want to do it, im sure nobody will give you a step-by-step explanation. There were 2 guys who could do this (silva and nave) but they have no time to explain it to you and im sure they aren't remembering exact details..
So you need to goo deep on ASM language and basic game hacking, then all the tutorial stuff on hex section. When you get mastered at them, you can ask Silva for help:P

2) YinYin's method to charge. It's not the exact thing u want but you can learn details by searching forums for "hit_back:"

States 4 & 5, if I'm not mistaken, register inputs even if the keys are held. That, for example, is the reason why one can (if the jump height is high enough) do multiple jump-attacks while just keeping the attack-button pressed. Az's "Kalsiddon"-character utilizes this pretty neatly.

Azriel says it isn't impossible to enable it, with a "few" of DC hacks.
But yes without that, it will.

The simpler way is that one that someone else gave.I'ts hard to understand it as it is not that easy DCing. You may pm Azriel,to give you that character (as i can't find it anywhere). Then you can study it.

That char has NO JUMPING ABILITY! And its explained how it has done in Advanced DC Section. Search for it...
