long story.. and in Nave and zxcv's mod they have added it and it is having jumping ability! :O

They didn't do the same exactly.
My guess on what they did:
They replicated the state 4-5 and gave it a different state number(by hexing) and changed some properties of them.
So they can use it anywhere they want easily..
Then rest is like that.

What Azriel did is pure DC.
