Oh great you have improved! The sprite is definaetly better than the past ones. As you said the folds are not good and the right arm is kinda fat. The left foot is also bigger than the right one. All in all it's an improvement. Keep on spriting

Basically there are problems when you start making sprites from your own bases. That sprite of yours has very fat arms, he is buffed up(try making him a bit slim). As you've mentioned that the shading folds are wrong. Try improving your shading. Progress is good. You'll slowly learn about bases. You tried something new. keep it up.

Now this is improving. Way the go! So much improvement since the past sprite. OK, now:
-first sprite is cool an' all just a little bit blurred.
-the second one has a weird face.
-third one is awesome!
-fourth one has a weird shirt shading.
-fifth one ain't finished.
-sixth one is pretty cool.
So all in all great! Keep spriting!

yeah nice really good job!
my favourite is gaara he got a nice pose and is sprited nice.
some very nice hair (the one of sasuke and gaara).
best clothing-shading is of Itachi.
as blablabla mentioned sasukes shading looks wrong and furthermore naruto looks a bit shrunk down :S
